Beginners #106: Feel-good flow

Join Stephanie for this feel-good Pilates mat based flow, with a particular focus on strengthening, mobilising and stretching the back, shoulders and abdominals, ending with a lovely chill out.

Improvers & intermediate #40: All about the abs

Based entirely on the floor, this session focuses in on the ‘6-pack’ and the deeper core muscles that we use for postural support. It’s not for the faint-hearted. It begins gently, but don’t be fooled – this one burns!

Express #82: Mobility, strength and stretch

This 20 minute session with Anna, is designed to mobilise, lengthen and strengthen the entire body.

Pilates fitness #103: The roller

This Pilates fitness class with Giuseppe, offers a well rounded workout that is easy to follow, good fun with a little difference by adding the very popular, foam roller. It is a fast paced class to lift your heart rate and will certainly leave you feeling motivated and energised!
