Delivery
For UK deliveries, all orders will be sent and tracked via Evri. Once you have placed an order it will be dispatched within 3-5 working days. If you wish to cancel your order once it has been dispatched, you will be charged for both delivery and collection cost.
You will receive an email from Evri once your item has been dispatched where you will be able to track your parcel. If you are not going to be in when the parcel is due for delivery, you will be able to select a different delivery date or you can request the parcel is delivered to a neighbour/left at a safe place.
Returns Policy
Your 100% satisfaction is important to us and we offer a 14 days Return and Exchange policy from the date that your order is received.
If you need to return an item, please email us at [email protected] with your request and when returning the item, please include a note of your name and address or order number so we can identify your item when it arrives.
Please note that when returning an item, it must be in an unworn, clean, and in a re-saleable condition. If we feel that the item is not in this condition, your request will not be accepted. We will then contact you and return the item back to you.
When returning an item, customers are responsible for shipping costs of the returned product.
If a refund is required and approved, this will be processed within 7 working days from receiving the returned item.
