Our class block dates run in conjunction with the local school term time and over summer, and bookings are currently open for our summer block. Spaces are limited so BOOK NOW to avoid disappointment. IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Each of our Pilates group classes are 50 minutes long and taken by one of our fully qualified and experienced Pilates instructors. You will receive clear and motivational guidance whilst practicing Pilates with us. Our instructors offer many modifications options throughout the classes to ensure you feel comfortable and challenged as you progress. Our venue are handpicked to ensure you are practising in a safe and relaxing environment to enhance confidence, relaxation and the physical benefits to your practice. We currently recommend that you bring your own mat to class, however, we can provide clean mats and bands for you to use if you wish.
