19th March: Alignment and balance (available now)

A standing class working on balance.  Grab a chair if you are still improving your balance!

20th March: Abdominals (available now)

Using a small ball (or cushion) to encourage pelvic floor and core awareness.

21st March: Hips (available from 5am 21/3/23)

Standing hip routine with some nice stretches also.

22nd March: Back & glutes (available from 5am 22/3/23)

A standing class using a chair, focussing on the back and glutes.

23rd March: Spinal & shoulders (available from 5am 23/3/23)

Daily movement for spinal mobility and opening the shoulders.

24th March: Twists (available from 5am 24/3/23)

Using spine twists in different positions along with core activation.

25th March: Flexibility (available from 5am 25/3/23)

A full body flexibility routine that will bring ease to the body and mind.

PF#123: LIIT - A single dumbbell

A low intensity interval training session using just ONE dumbbell. Three rounds of work, 3 exercises in each round.  A whole body session applying Pilates principles to weight training.
