14th May: Alignment and balance (available now)

Today’s Daily Fix is a standing class with a lot of balance work!

15th May: Abdominals (available now)

Today, Lisa will take you through some abdominal work, she offers different levels so this session is for everyone.

16th May: Hips (available from 5am 16/5/23)

We hope you enjoy Lisa’s hip mobility and strengthening session. She finishes off with a well deserved stretch.

17th May: Back & glutes (available from 5am 17/5/23)

This is a great routine for strengthening our back, supported by the glutes.

18th May: Spinal & shoulders (available from 5am 18/5/23)

A standing session to get the spine moving and a shoulder workout.

19th May: Twists (available from 5am 19/5/23)

This Daily Fix focusses on spine twists, obliques and mobility of spine.

20th May: Flexibility (available from 5am 20/5/23)

The routine in today’s Daily Fix will help improve flexibility and keep us moving.

PF#127: Body conditioning - Conditioning with a band (available now)

In this class, Gillian uses the resistance band to challenge the muscles in the upper body.  Prepare to work hard, targeting the arms, shoulders, upper and middle back.
