Beginners #78: Curl up variations
Perfect for beginners, this class looks at the classic Pilates curl up exercise, adding in variations to work different parts of the core (& brain!). We continue on to work the back body too, for a well balanced accessible workout.
Improvers & intermediate #12: Balance
This session goes through the basics very quickly, so some prior knowledge or experience with Pilates is preferable. The session works on strength in the legs and abs while also focussing on balance.
Pilates fitness #75: Strength
Strengthen your entire body in this Pilates fitness class led by Giuseppe. To gain bigger and quicker results, add a pair of light weights to your practice.
Express #53: Upper body & core
In this simple express class, we work the front body; the abdominals and the back body; the back muscles and glutes. We stick with classic Pilates mat work exercises, switching positions between each exercise to keep a sense of momentum. Have fun with this one!
