Beginners #92: Elastic band beginners challenge

Discover how a resistance band can enhance your beginners Pilates practice. We use this in certain exercises for adding an extra challenge and also for helping us to stretch out.

Improvers & intermediate #26: Moving with precision

This 45 minute session addresses the principles of moving with precision. Using the right muscles in the right way for the right movement. We attempt to switch on the glutes and work through the legs leading to a challenging work out that you’ll feel the next day…

Express #68: Neck and upper back relaxation

Reduce the tensions in your neck and upper back in this gentle session with Giuseppe. We recommend to practice this session regularly and can be a great addition to your wake up or bedtime routine.

Pilates fitness #89: Standing strong

Starting with some challenging squats and lunges, Gillian warms up the legs.  Then we move to the floor, with some plank variations.  Still focusing on the legs we work the back and front of the body.   So, grab your mat and try this class which will leave you standing tall and strong.
