What’s new at Pilates Scotland this week?

Standing class: B#59

In this 45 minute session, Anna takes us through the basic principles of Pilates and a selection of basic moves aiming to improve our ability to breathe whilst moving and getting the best range out of our moves.

Burst of fitness: PF#56

Christine adds a little intensity to this fast paced Mat workout. She plays with tempo and cardio with exercises like Rolling Like a Ball with a jump. We hope you’re in the mood to sweat!

Spinal care: FM#48

Take care of your spine by maintaining it’s flexibility and mobility. In this session, Giuseppe guides you through a variety of gentle exercises that will lay the foundations to enhance your spinal mobility and flexibility. A welcome class for beginners.

Back health #34

In this session we stretch the shoulders and upper back and challenge the muscles of the lower back.  We also mobilise the spine to keep it in healthy alignment.

Tone your arms: AL#73

If you dream of strong, toned arms, then try this all levels class with Stephanie. We focus on strengthening the shoulder and arm muscles, and of course the whole core, ending with a well deserved relaxation to help you wind down.

Express #35: Full body

Join Anna for this express session which is based entirely on the floor, with most of the exercises performed whilst lying on your back.
