Beginners #90: Mat based session

Working entirely on the floor this gentle class takes us through some of the simpler moves described by Pilates. The session which lasts 45 minutes should leave you feeling longer and leaner, with a greater mobility.

Improvers & intermediate #24: Obliques (side abs)

Follow Giuseppe’s class to build stability and support for the lower back, and strengthen your obliques (side abs). Practice his deep core activation exercises to help improve confidence with your body.

Express #66: Arms

In this entirely standing class, we tone our arms, with the help of a resistance band. Enjoy the burn, followed by a well deserved stretch out to end.

Pilates fitness #87: Major muscles

The focus of this ‘Pilates fitness’ class is on the major muscles in our body, the big muscles.  Gillian starts with the legs working the quads, glutes and hamstrings.  We then work the spine and the triceps.  We move onto the core and work the entire range of muscles in our abdomen and back.  Try this class, challenge your entire body.
