Beginners #88: Easy start

Enjoy this ‘Easy start’ to your Pilates practice with Giuseppe. He encourages gentle movements, avoiding pain or discomfort to build your confidence before progressing. His lovely manner will help motivate you and leave you with a feeling of accomplishment.

Improvers & intermediate #22: Powerhouse

Christine begins this class by teaching you how to connect to your breath and Powerhouse. This will create a sense of awareness, length, and space. In this session, Christine covers many of the original Joseph Pilates mat exercises moving will a deliberate pace and focus on the Powerhouse.

Express #64: Stretch your legs

In this express class, Gillian focuses on legs, stretching them, strengthening them. Working from the centre of your body, using the legs to challenge the core in a number of different positions.  Working towards a single straight leg stretch we maintain long, lean muscles in the legs and stability in our core.

Pilates fitness #85: Classic and modern mix

An entirely mat based class, we combine advanced classical Pilates exercises with some fun modern combos to keep the body (&brain!) guessing!
