8th October: Alignment and balance (available now)

A standing session with Stephanie, tapping into lower body strength to assist in keeping your balance and alignment.

9th October: Abdominals (available now)

A core strengthening Pilates daily fix starting with some basics and building up to the roll-up.

10th October: Hips (available from 5am 10/10/23)

Today’s Pilates daily fix is all about hip strengthening, then a good stretch out to finish.

11th October: Back & glutes (available from 5am 11/10/23)

Most of this Pilates daily fix takes place on all fours, targeting the whole of the back and glute muscles.

12th October: Spinal & shoulders (available from 5am 12/10/23)

You’ll feel a sense of openness and stretched out in your upper body after today’s fix!

13th October: Twists (available from 5am 13/10/23)

Let’s work our abdominals again today, with a focus on twisting, rounded off with a lovely twisty stretch.

14th October: Flexibility (available from 5am 14/10/23)

This flow Pilates daily fix will release stagnation through the whole body, so that you feel lovely and refreshed afterwards.
