Time to flourish

7th May: Alignment and balance (available now)

Today, Anna will take you through some standing work to warm up the spine and introduce some balance work on one leg, creating stability through the core.

8th May: Abdominals (available now)

In today’s Daily Fix, Anna will start with warming up your spine on the floor, then moving into abdominal work before turning over and using planks to strengthen those abdominals even further.

9th May: Hips (available from 5am 9/5/23)

Anna takes you through lots of mobility and stretching with a little strength work too. Standing moves to stretch and lengthen. You should feel great after this short session.

10th May: Back & glutes (available from 5am 10/5/23)

Anna will do plenty of work here to isolate the glute maximus and then work the lower, upper and mid back.

11th May: Spinal & shoulders (available from 5am 11/5/23)

This Daily Fix mobilises the spine in all 3 planes, flexion/extension; later flexion and rotations before fixing in on shoulder strength and mobility.

12th May: Twists (available from 5am 12/5/23)

Using the oblique muscles to twist. More strength than mobility here.

13th May: Flexibility (available from 5am 13/5/23)

Enjoy this spine, hamstrings and a little ankle mobility/flexibility

SS#21: Pilates for dancers - A sprinkle of Ballet (available now)

Let’s go out with a bang in this final class! Moving through a Pilates mat work session, we incorporate flourishes of classical ballet to challenge strength and flexibility. Get ready to work!
