Beginners #94: Core and spine essentials

Christine teaches a full-body workout with an emphasis on your abdominals and back muscles. Follow Christine’s cues to help you feel and truly understand how to activate your core muscles and create more length in your spine making the effects of Pilates more profound.

Improvers & intermediate #28: Ab attack

This 45 minute session with Anna, targets the centre. Including the rectus abdominals or ‘6-pack’. It’s a tough session but there are still options if required.

Express #70: Balance

Working on our core helps us with our balance. So step up and test your balance and then work to improve that with strong moves through the front and the back of your body.

Pilates fitness #91: Advanced Pilates challenge

Join Stephanie to raise your heartrate with this standing warm-up filled with thigh and glute strengthening, followed by an abdominal blast, ending with a well deserved stretch out. This is a fun challenge for advanced practitioners.
