Increase positive vibes as you take part in this short class with Valentina. This class focuses on spinal extension and opening your chest which will get your breath flowing and help you feel positive energy. This class is a great choice for a morning session to help you set up for a positive day ahead.

Join Stephanie for this super fun and challenging class if you have a Pilates ball at home! Get ready to really work your core strength, stability and balance.
