Pilates fitness #133: Wall Pilates 3/8 (available now)

In this class, Aoife includes our side-lying variation using the wall to guide our plumb line, helping us achieve the correct alignment. Focusing on strengthening and lengthening our obliques and abductors we can promote a healthy lateral flexion of the spine.
