Stretch and strengthen

17th December: Alignment and balance (available now)

In this 10 minute standing daily fix session, we really challenge our balance, working into the thighs and glutes. Get ready to feel the burn!

18th December: Abdominals (available now)

This Pilates daily fix takes place lying on the mat, targeting the lower abdominals in particular, with lots of options to choose from.

19th December: Hips (available from 5am 19/12/23)

It’s your choice today for our hip strengthening and mobilising sequence; will you go for the nice or the nasty option?!

20th December: Back & glutes (available from 5am 20/12/23)

Stephanie guides you through spine curl variations, before flipping over to focus on strengthening the back muscles.

21st December: Spinal & shoulders (available from 5am 21/12/23)

Let’s stand again today to mobilise our spines, and really strengthen our shoulders with plank variations.

22nd December: Twists (available from 5am 22/12/23)

Your obliques will get a great workout today! Then we’ll stretch out, incorporating twist movements for the back and spine.

23rd December: Flexibility (available from 5am 23/12/23)

And finally, it’s time for a very well deserved stretch. Grab a cushion, maybe a band or strap, and enjoy your Christmas chill out today.
