Check out our new classes below which have been added to your member area.

28th May: Alignment and balance (available now)

A standing class, with Stephanie that will challenge your balance whilst maintaining proper alignment.

29th May: Abdominals (available now)

In today’s Pilates daily fix, you will be progressing through various kinds of Roll Up movements. You may need a cushion or band or strap for this one.

30th May: Hips (available from 5am 30/5/23)

This class has a lovely flow to it, focusing on mobilising and stretching out the hip region.

31st May: Back & glutes (available from 5am 31/5/23)

This class does what it says on the tin! Let’s tone our back and glute muscles on the mat.

1st June: Spinal & shoulders (available from 5am 1/6/23)

A sitting class, so you may like a cushion or block for support. Here, we work into the arms, shoulders and spine.

2nd June: Twists (available from 5am 2/6/23)

Let’s work our core using twisting motions, then ease it all out with a couple of twisty stretches.

3rd June: Flexibility (available from 5am 3/6/23)

A whole body stretch, standing! Simple, effective and accessible to pop into your day.

PF#129: Body conditioning - Front and back body (available now)

Continuing our journey with the band. This time Gillian focuses on the front and back of the body. If you don’t have a band, this class can be done without.
