20th August: Alignment and balance (available now)

Gillian starts this weeks Pilates daily fix with an energetic, full body workout. Challenging your balance, engaging your core.

21st August: Abdominals (available now)

Starting with some roll backs we warm the abdominals. Then we begin a series of preparatory moves building to ‘single straight leg stretch’.

22nd August: Hips (available from 5am 22/8/23)

We start in butterfly, stretching the hips. We then mobilise and strengthen the hips in different positions.

23rd August: Back & glutes (available from 5am 23/8/23)

Cat/Cow is a great move for our back. Add a leg lift and it becomes even more amazing. Add a few bridges and your day is complete!

24th August: Spinal & shoulders (available from 5am 24/8/23)

In this Pilates daily fix we mobilise the shoulders. Then adding some plank moves we strengthen the shoulders and spine.

25th August: Twists (available from 5am 25/8/23)

In this Pilates daily fix we work the obliques twisting through the upper body. Next we turn our attention to twisting through our spine.

26th August: Flexibility (available from 5am 26/8/23)

In the Pilates daily fix today we have the option of using a fixed strap to stretch the back of our thighs (hamstrings). Don’t worry if you don’t have a strap though, there are always options.
