Beginners #124: Circles

This beginner level class with Lisa has a “circles” theme. She will work your full body whilst adding some circle movements throughout the class.

Improvers & intermediate #58: Spice up your workout

…with the addition of blocks! In this 50 minute class, we utilise two blocks to work our strength & balance more than we would normally. Ending with a short relaxation session.

Express #100: Quick and intense mat

Get ready for this short and intense mat workout with Christine. This action packed class is a total-body workout with a focus on the abdominals. It’s a great way to get a quick boost of energy!

Pilates fitness #121: Tabata

Tabata is an exercise technique, similar to HIIT.  We work 20 seconds on and 10 seconds off for 8 rounds.  In this Pilates class Gillian selects 2 exercises at a time and works with intensity, alternating between the 2 exercises with some variations.  So, grab your mat and a drink and prepare to work hard.
