Beginners #101: Beginner matwork: Part 2
Following on from Beginners Part 1 (B#96), this class can be practiced alongside part 1, or as a full body workout on its own. This class is entirely mat based, and will have you feeling centered and stretched out afterwards.
Improvers & intermediate #35: Full body flow
Flow with Christine, covering all of the main muscle groups, to help restore good posture. Christine will challenge you to work hard whilst feeling successful in your movements.
Express #77: Arms and back
Gillian concentrates on the upper body in this 20-minute express class. Working on the muscles of the arms, biceps and triceps and on the back and chest. Flex your muscles in this challenging upper body workout.
Pilates fitness #98: You shall go to the ball...
This 30 min session with Anna uses a fitball. Many of us have one, not everyone knows how to use it. This session should get you rolling around… and working pretty hard!
