Our weekly line up of new classes

Check out our new classes below that are now available in your member area.  This week we bring you an update about our on demand CanRehab Pilates classes. Please read on for further information.

Beginners #36: Progress on the mat

This beginners & improvers session with Giuseppe will leave you feeling strong, energised and aligned. In this whole body workout, combining Pilates core work with upper and lower body exercises, you will improve core strength, control and stability.

All levels #50: Full body flow

Join Stephanie to work your whole body over 60 minutes. After the workout, enjoy a well deserved stretch and relaxation.

Express #12: Full body

Enjoy this 30 minute session with Christine which will train a good balance of mobility, strength and flexibility throughout the body.

Back health #11

This session is the perfect choice when you need to release tension in your back. It’s suitable for everyone and it is especially designed to release the lumbar spine. Giuseppe has structured this session in mini blocks: mobilization of the spine, back and core stability, and finishes with stretching.

Pilates fitness #33: Body conditioning

Feel energised and strong with this body conditioning class with Christine. You will combine traditional Pilates exercises with fitness moves designed to increase your heart rate. Enjoy!

Flexibility & mobility #25: Recovery workout

This session with Anna works on flexibility throughout the whole body but with a slight emphasis on the neck and shoulders. A perfect choice when recovering from injury, a high intensity workout or general aches and pains.

CanRehab Pilates Classes

We are currently taking a short break from our CanRehab Pilates classes.  Due to personal circumstances, Anna, our CanRehab instructor, is taking some time off to spend with her family.  We send Anna our love and we look forward to her return in the near future.  In the meantime, please revisit Anna’s extensive list of CanRehab classes by clicking here.
