Check out our new Pilates on demand classes below which have been added to your member area this week.

Beginners #22: Total body flow

Join this total body session with Giuseppe to tone your muscles. This class is great for recent beginners where you can learn new variations for the classic Pilates exercises.

All levels #36: Back health

This session with Anna works on that most problematic of areas, our back. At some point or another, most of us will have had a problem with our backs, perhaps this is even why we started Pilates. Here we look at spine mobility, in all directions and on back strength.

Pilates fitness #19: Athletic flow

This fast paced Pilates fitness class with Christine has an athletic feel, leaving you feeling energised and strong.

Flexibility & mobility #11: End of day wind down

Feeling stiff and tense after a long day? Wind down with Stephanie as she goes through some lovely stretches and mobility moves for the end of the day, leaving you feeling physically and mentally at ease.

CanRehab Pilates #5

A gentle session beginning with standing moves to warm up before coming down to the mat. You will target balance, mobility and strength in this session with Anna, working on the core muscles and tuning in to our breathing.

Pilates for Osteoarthritis (5/6) #5

Allow your joints to relax and feel at their best in this seated mobility session. Stephanie includes some feet sliding exercises so please set yourself up on a smooth surface and keep your socks on.
