Beginners #89: Shapes of the spine

Here, we explore the various shapes of the spine through different Pilates positions and exercises, increasing your awareness of your body, and allowing you to feel in control. This is a full body workout, with plenty of stretches incorporated.

Improvers & intermediate #23: Classical Pilates

In this ‘Improvers and intermediate’ class, Gillian breaks down some classical Pilates exercises. There are 34 original classical moves, in this class we look at a selection. Some of them in their original form, some with modifications to make them suitable for all. So have fun and enjoy the class.

Express #65: Full body

Hit the primary spots throughout the body in this short and effective class with Christine. It’s a great session to include in your daily routine to keep aches, pains and stiffness at bay.

Pilates fitness #86: Pilates sequence

Here we create a flowing sequence building in moves as the session progresses until we generate a workout that moves from one end of the mat to the other. This is a fast paced session which requires some flexibility and strength.
