Beginners #77: Centre with awareness

Using your breath and the feedback from your hands, you will begin this session by bringing awareness into the centre of your body. Christine teaches the importance of centring as we move, to help support your spine and get the most from your practice.

Improvers & intermediate #11: Stretch your legs

In this Improvers and intermediate class, Gillian leads you through interesting variations of some classical moves.  We start by challenging the muscles of the upper arms and shoulders before moving onto the legs.  Options are given so try it out.

Pilates fitness #74: Upper body strength

An upper body strength workout using dumbbells and a chair. This session should leave your arms feeling worked and a little wobbly.

Express #53: Front and back body

In this simple express class, we work the front body; the abdominals and the back body; the back muscles and glutes.  We stick with classic Pilates mat work exercises, switching positions between each exercise to keep a sense of momentum. Have fun with this one!
