Enjoy simple movements with maximum benefits in this back health session with Giuseppe. Learn how to relax muscles that will combat low back pain and prevent back inflammation.

Take this gentle class to mobilise throughout your whole body. Christine chooses easy movements to bring a sense of lightness to your practice. An ideal choice if you are winding down for the day or wish to start the day with a sense of calm and wellbeing.
Pilates Fitness #61: Core Conditioning - wring it out
In this faster paced class, Gillian works your core to the max with plenty of options to make it accessible to all. Work hard or take the easier option you decide. Featuring some twisting moves to really work through the sides of the body as well as front and back.
All levels #78: Pilates Powerhouse Workout
Tailored for all levels, Stephanie takes you through this 45 minute class, with a standing warm-up to really work your balance and strength. We target in particular the muscles of the Pilates Powerhouse: the abdominals, glutes, thighs and back. Be ready for a few Pilates planks too!
