Improvers & Intermediate #03: Up your Pilates game
Created for practitioners that already have an understanding of the Pilates principles. Take your practice to the next level with this full-body class. Stephanie still provides options, so that you can work according to your own level.
Express #45: Back and front
In this 20-minute express workout, Gillian concentrates on working the muscles in the front and the back of the body. Still paying particular attention to the way in which we move but working efficiently and progressively to make the most of the time you have.
Pilates Fitness #66: Move with the ball
Follow this fun combination of exercises learning how to incorporate the soft ball into your practice. Giuseppe encourages you to move with a quicker pace which will increase your heart rate. Enjoy!
