Check out our new Pilates on demand classes below which have been added to your member area this week.
Beginners #19: Hip & knee
Join Stephanie as she focuses on strengthening your hip region, knee alignment and building strength in your thighs.
All levels #33: Rotation
This session with Anna is based around rotational movements. You will feel stretched and challenged by this class, hopefully identifying and correcting minor imbalances between the sides. This class includes movements all the way from the head down to the toes.
Pilates fitness #16: Glute strength
Strengthen your glutes in this fitness session with Christine. You will start with standing exercises including squats, lunges and leg raises and then come down to the mat.
Flexibility & mobility #8: Full body mobility flow
Join Giuseppe in this lovely full body mobility flow class with some new variations to challenge your coordination. You’re going to check in with your alignment and improve your mobility from the top of your body to the bottom. Grab your mat and have fun!
CanRehab Pilates #2
Join Anna for her 2nd CanRehab Pilates class. You will start by setting up for your body for exercise. Anna includes some standing balance challenges before moving down to the mat for the remainder of the class.
Pilates for Osteoarthritis (2/6) #2
Join Stephanie’s 2nd Pilates for Osteoarthritis class. Today’s class is all down on the mat and has a lovely relaxing feel to it. This class will help to slow your mind and let you feel connected with your body.
