Check out our new Pilates on demand classes below which have been added to your member area this week.

Beginners #21: Full body express

Work your full body with Christine in just 30 minutes. A perfect class that covers the basics in strength and mobility for those days you are struggling for time.

All levels #35: Glute focused mat

Enjoy this invigorating whole body workout which brings a real awareness to the importance of the gluteus. Giuseppe offers options for everyone including some advanced moves. Keep control of your breathing to encourage your body to work at its best. You will leave this class feeling strong and energised.

Pilates fitness #18: Leg focused body conditioning

This is a faster paced session lasting only 30 minutes that elevates the heart rate and challenges the body with strong moves for the legs and abs. You’ll be glad it’s only 30 minutes!

Flexibility & mobility #10: Relax into mobility

Join Christine in this lovely relaxed mobility class. You will mobilise all of the major joints in the body and also move some of the minor joints that can often be forgotten.

CanRehab Pilates #4

This session is slower paced and designed to help improve mobility post surgery or radiotherapy and to build strength and endurance post chemotherapy. Anna focuses on balance, mobility and building strength.

Pilates for Osteoarthritis (4/6) #4

In this session Stephanie takes you through a lovely balance of mobility and strength building exercises. This will help your joints feel more relaxed and reduce stiffness.
