Beginners #66: Flexion and extension
A lot of Pilates moves involve flexion (normally forward flexion), in this class we also look at extension and how that can help our posture. Of course, flexion is not just in the spine, but also the hips and our arms and legs. Working through our whole body we explore flexion and extension and how it feels in our body.
All levels #80: Full body progressions
Enjoy progressing your practice with this challenging yet fun class with Giuseppe. You will get the opportunity to try some advanced exercises and use the resistance band to strengthen and stretch the entire body.
Express #42: Full body
An express whole body session to mobilise the joints, improve flexibility and strengthen the core.
Flexibility and mobility #55: Tension release
Grab a couple of Pilates massage balls or tennis balls and get releasing sore tight muscles with Stephanie. This short class takes the form of a workshop, where you’ll learn about how the body holds onto tension, with tips on how to auto massage various body parts with the aid of the ball.
Pilates fitness #63: Cardio burst
Who says Pilates isn’t cardio? Let’s put this myth to the test! Have fun with Christine while you huff and puff your way through this exhilarating workout! No need for us to include any high impact moves, we will add intensity and work at a faster pace to elevate our heart rate.
