Learn or refresh the Pilates fundamentals in this great class with Giuseppe. He concentrates the class around breathing, stabilisation and mobilisation.
Improvers & intermediate #17: Standing tall
Starting by checking our posture, Gillian leads a standing warm-up which finishes with a challenging balance. As we move to the floor, we continue working strong, functional moves which will create the strength you need to encourage and improve your posture. This class will leave you feeling stronger and taller!
Express #59: Abs and glutes strength
Short but effective, this 20 minute workout will leave you with a lovely burn in your abdominals and glutes!
Pilates fitness #80: Fitness flow
During this fitness session, we carry out a series of moves x3 before running through all the moves in a sequence. It should elevate the heart rate and work the whole body and all in 20-25 minutes.
