Beginners #74: Gentle start

This gentle workout with Giuseppe is perfect for beginners or for those that want to revisit some of the fundamental principles of Pilates. Enjoy gentle bridge poses and leg work to help tone and sculpt your core and glutes.

Improvers & intermediate #08: Glutes and thighs progressions

Advance your Pilates practice beyond beginner level with this full length class. The focus is on lower body strength and balance, with of course a few abdominal exercise progressions in the mix. Options are provided so that you can work at your own level.

Express #50: Full body

In this class Gillian works through variations on the 100, including the classic version.  Still working through the entire body and applying the principles of the 100 wherever we can.  Go ahead, challenge yourself.

Pilates fitness #71: Cardio mat

Christine adds some heat to your mat practice by increasing your heart rate. You will start with a standing warm up and work your way down to the mat for more traditional exercises. You will work at a faster pace and build power by adding challenges such as squats or jumps to rolling like a ball.
