Beginners #91: An introduction to the classics

In this Beginner’s class Gillian introduces you to the classical Pilates exercises as taught by Joseph Pilates.  Gillian breaks down the first 10 exercises into easy to follow variations which are achievable for everyone.   So, roll-out your mat and get started on your classical journey.

Improvers & intermediate #25: Shoulders and core

If you choose to work with hand weights for this class, you’ll really challenge your shoulder, arm and core strength. You can also work through this class without weights, if you wish to focus more on shoulder mobilisation. The choice is yours!

Express #67: Lower body mobility

This 20 minute session works on lower body mobility starting with the feet and working up to the hips.  Anna takes you through a few moves that will help rehab but also prevent injury.

Pilates fitness #88: Conditioning with the Pilates ring

Experience a higher intensity to your practice by adding the Pilates ring (aka Magic circle). Giuseppe guides you through a body conditioning style class that will lift your heart rate, strengthen and stretch your body.
