Beginners #48: Full body flow

Stephanie guides you through this 45 minute class, coordinating body and breath. The focus creates stability and length in your muscles, as we work the major muscle groups of the body.

All levels #62: Pilates mat flow

This is an all levels session with a focus on spine stretch/mobility and abdominal strength. The entire session is on the floor and lasts around 45 minutes.

Express #24: Abs & obliques

Strengthen your abs and obliques in this short but intense workout with Christine. You will experience the benefits of increasing time under tension to gain quicker results.

Back health #23

Join Giuseppe in this session to focuses on your back health using the Pilates fundamentals. It’s a perfect choice for days when you want a restorative Pilates session and nourishing routine. This class is perfect for beginners or for those wanting a slower-paced Pilates class to unwind.

Pilates fitness #45: Interval training

This circuit with Anna involves 3 sets of the same 6 moves which get progressively more challenging from set 1 to 2 with set 3 being the most difficult of all. Each move is carried out for 45 seconds with a 15 second rest to get prepped for the next move. It’s a slightly breathless positively sweaty session.

Flexibility and mobility #37: Feel good stretch

You will improve your flexibility in this session with Christine. She focuses on stretching, making sure to address your entire body. This is a great class on its own or you can add it to the end of a more intense workout.
