The name of the game today is hip strengthening in the side lying position, interspersed with hip stretches.

Stephanie takes you through some spine curl variations for the glutes that flow into front lying exercises to work the back muscles.
6th July: Spinal & shoulders (available from 5am 6/7/23)
This lovely standing flow Pilates daily fix class will get your spine mobile and chest and shoulders feeling open.

Twist challenge! Get ready for Stephanie to work your abdominals again today.
8th July: Flexibility (available from 5am 8/7/23)
End your week of Pilates daily fixes, with a well deserved stretch out, all down on the mat.
