Relax into this lovely sequence of flexibility and stretching exercises with Valentina. The sessions will leave you feeling taller and rejuvenated.

AA#3: Active ageing - Seated Pilates

As we age we often find our bodies can’t tolerate long periods of sitting. So Christine has put together a program of exercises designed to give you relief from too much sitting. This is a great workout to do anywhere you have access to a chair as it helps to counteract the problems that come from sitting.
