Daily fix #15: Alignment & balance (available now)

A floor based session with Anna, which will test your balance and align the spine.

Daily fix #16: Abdominals (available now)

This one is tough… a fast paced 10 minutes blasting the abs lying on our back, face down and ultimately on our knees.

Daily fix #17: Hips (available from 5am 17/1/23)

From standing to sitting we mobilise and stretch around the hips. Leaving you with a feeling of release.

Daily fix #18: Back & glutes (available from 5am 18/1/23)

Using a chair for balance, if required, we warm up the spine, gently work the back before challenging the glutes. Short but tough one this…

Daily fix #19: Spinal & shoulders (available from 5am 19/1/23)

From standing we warm and work the shoulders and back before releasing tension and improving shoulder mobility.

Daily fix #20: Twists (available from 5am 20/1/23)

Twisting works the oblique muscles. This 10 min session will challenge those muscles in a big way.

Daily fix #21: Flexibility (available from 5am 21/1/23)

A sequence of moves which both challenge and improve your flexibility. It may seem tough at first but practice makes perfect.

Sports specific #12: Pilates for cyclists - Balance and alignment

In our third class, we bring awareness to the alignment of the legs, ankles and feet, as well as challenging our balance in various positions; great for enhancing your cycling technique.
