Beginners #111: Absolute beginners abdominals

If you’re brand new to Pilates, or looking to connect to your deep core muscles, this informative class will guide you through how to engage your core in a Pilates practice.

Improvers & intermediate #45: Full body flow

Enjoy the challenge of this full body session with a particular focus on your abs, hips, and buttocks. Keep your own pace and try not to stop, we recommend that you try and stay with the flow. It will be worth it by the end, where you will feel refreshed and energised.

Express #87: Slow flow

Are you short on time, want to move and stretch, but without too much exertion? Why not try this slow flow, targeting all the main areas but moving in a focused, slow lowing manner. Chill out for 20 minutes and finish leaving refreshed and energised.

Pilates fitness #106: Leg day

In this class you will focus on strengthening and challenging your legs and glutes with Christine. Start with some standing work before heading to the mat.
