Beginners #105: Standing room only...
Using only a standing position, Anna takes us through our standing posture as well as spine mobility moves, explaining the precision, control and breath for each move. Great for those new to Pilates or for those needing a wee refresher in standing work.
Improvers & intermediate #39: Magic circle
Have fun with the Magic Circle (aka Pilates ring) in this session with Giuseppe. He will help you improve hip strength and body stability. This is an enjoyable and very effective class where you can learn the added benefits of using the Pilates ring in your practice.
Express #81: Short and simple
This is a pleasingly simple Matwork class, involving classical Pilates exercises created by Joseph Pilates. In this short session, we stay down on the mat & work the whole body. Quick and effective!
Pilates fitness #102: Weights challenge
The use of hand weights really spices up this workout! We begin standing, progressing down to the mat for abdominal work, moving on to back body strengthening, and finishing with a delightful stretch out.
