Excuse the Top-Gun reference, but in this Pilates fitness class Gillian experiments with speed. In Pilates, we usually keep the pace pretty constant, however, sometimes increasing the speed can challenge our core even more. All the principles still apply, just at a faster pace. Enjoy!
