12th November: Alignment and balance (available now)

Something a bit different for today’s Pilates daily fix. Balance differs depending on which side we try. Use this to test out which side of your body is more balanced.

13th November: Abdominals (available now)

Gillian takes you through a challenging routine. Working on a single, single, double pattern until we fatigue the abdominals.

14th November: Hips (available from 5am 14/11/23)

In today’s Pilates daily fix, you will be lying on your side to target the hips, finishing with a juicy stretch.

15th November: Back & glutes (available from 5am 15/11/23)

In this Pilates daily fix, you will be on all 4’s challenging the muscles in your back and glutes. Strengthening your back body.

16th November: Spinal & shoulders (available from 5am 16/11/23)

Our spinal flexibility and strength is tested in this mini upper body workout.  Gillian offers options to suit everyone.

17th November: Twists (available from 5am 17/11/23)

Start the Pilates daily fix seated as you warmup the spine before moving onto some variations on the saw.

18th November: Flexibility (available from 5am 18/11/23)

Low lunge and half splits to stretch the front of our hips and back of our thighs. A block would be useful here to lift the floor a little.
