Stephanie focuses primarily on standing exercises and back body strengthening. This beginners friendly class can be practiced on its own, or with Part 2.

Improvers & intermediate #30: Full body flow

Flow with Christine in this full body practice. You will feel challenged in both strength and flexibility elements throughout this workout. Christine will help you to feel success in your movements and ensure you have fun along the way.

Express #72: Legs - blood circulation

Giuseppe takes you through a short session to help improve your legs’ blood circulation. He helps you to reduce the sense of swelling and heaviness in your legs and ankles, especially during the hot season. This is a very useful practice after a long day at a desk or driving.

Pilates fitness #93: Body conditioning

Join Gillian as she takes you through a self-paced body conditioning class filled with lots of encouragement along the way. Gillian uses a mix of low impact cardio moves alongside some quicker paced Pilates exercises to lift your heart rate and challenge your fitness levels.
