11th June: Alignment and balance (available now)

Today Valentina explores shoulder and hip alignment, and the balance between both sides, using the yoga block.

Today Valentina helps you release pain and stiffness with this lovely sequence of twisting movements for your upper and lower body.

17th June: Flexibility (available from 5am 17/6/23)

Today Valentina offers a sequence of dynamic and static stretches to improve flexibility. Research shows that dynamic stretching is one of the best ways to increase flexibility.
