Sports specific #16: Pilates for sciatica - 3/4

In the third Pilates for sciatica session, Valentina focuses on breathing whilst exploring pelvic movements and finding the neutral position of pelvis. Working on the spine articulation we work mainly on bridges movements resting feet on wall, which is a very good support.
