6th August: Alignment and balance (available now)

Join Valentina to analyse your balance and alignment, focusing on the pelvis in three positions: standing, sitting and lying on your side.

7th August: Abdominals (available now)

Valentina challenges your abdominal strength today by exploring some teaser variations. Enjoy!

8th August: Hips (available from 5am 8/8/23)

Working mainly on your side today, Valentina takes you through a small part of the side kick series focusing on hip mobility and strength.

9th August: Back & glutes (available from 5am 9/8/23)

Valentina uses the soft ball today to help you strengthen your back and glutes. From squats to the dart, you will feel challenged yet energised by the end of this session.

10th August: Spinal & shoulders (available from 5am 10/8/23)

Valentina uses the resistance band today to work your shoulder mobility and strength.

11th August: Twists (available from 5am 11/8/23)

Practice your trunk rotation today with Valentina. She visits some classic exercises including the standing saw and hip twists to help improve your lower back mobility.

12th August: Flexibility (available from 5am 12/8/23)

Follow Valentina’s classic sequence of static stretching movements, holding each stretch for 20 seconds to help improve your flexibility.
