10th December: Alignment and balance (available now)
Inspired by the shape of a star, Valentina challenges your alignment and balance by encouraging you to hold a star shape whilst standing and kneeling. This will prepare you for the popular side kick kneeling exercise.
11th December: Abdominals (available now)
Improve the strength of your abdominals with Valentina’s “crunches” series. This sequence is short but has a big impact! Enjoy upper body curl ups and reverse crunches.
12th December: Hips (available from 5am 12/12/23)
Today we explore 3 classic hip movements: leg circles, kicks and leg abduction/adduction. Practicing this variety of hip movements will help you to maintain and improve your hip mobility and strength.
13th December: Back & glutes (available from 5am 13/12/23)
Enjoy this session with Valentina, inspired by the original Joseph Pilates repertoire, to strengthen our back and glutes. It focuses on spinal extension and a variation of cat stretches.
14th December: Spinal & shoulders (available from 5am 14/12/23)
Improve shoulder strength and stability today by practicing Valentina’s plank variations.
15th December: Twists (available from 5am 15/12/23)
Today Valentina divides the body into upper and lower sections to isolate and focus on rotational movements for the middle back.
16th December: Flexibility (available from 5am 16/12/23)
Today Valentina guides you through a series of movements to increase your flexibility. She focuses on posterior and anterior stretches.
