Improvers & intermediate #54: Balance

Christine puts our balance to the test in this full body workout. She not only challenges us with our balance when we are standing but brings the focus of balance throughout our mat work. You will really feel the work in your core stabilisers in this class, whilst it builds your confidence with progressing your practice.

Beginners #120: Back to basics

A 45 min session with Anna, for beginners and those willing to revisit some of the basic principles in Pilates, controlled, precise, centred movement connected to the breath.

Express #96: Exploring the side

Join Valentina to explore the many side movements and exercises we can benefit from. Training our sides will help to strengthen our core, improve our balance and reduce our risk of back injury.

Pilates fitness #117: Light hand weights

Work your whole body in this 30 minute Pilates fitness session with Giuseppe. Use a pair of light hand weights (1/2 or 1kg) to encourage more challenge. Keep the pace and have fun!
