Beginners #68: First steps

Learn or recap the first steps in practicing Pilates. This is a perfect choice for the absolute beginner or anyone who wants to ensure they have a solid foundation for their Pilates workouts.

Improvers & intermediate #02: Balance and strength

This session, with Anna, is entirely standing. In this 45 minute workout we concentrate on balance and control with a significant element of strength.

Express #44: Balance

Grab a chair & come really test your balance in this express class! You don’t even need a mat for this one with Stephanie. You’ll strengthen both sides of your body through various standing exercises in order to create symmetry within the body.

Pilates fitness #65: A weighted fitness session

Join Anna in a 30 minute session using x2 dumbbells. This targets the whole body, arms, legs, abs and back. The end result should be a little bit sweaty and a little bit wobbly!
