Beginners #73: External leg rotation
In this Beginner’s class, Gillian introduces leg rotations. In some Pilates moves it is important to be able to rotate both legs externally. This ensures balance in the body and strength in the hip joint. The class also features exercises to ensure we work the whole of the body.
Improvers & intermediate #07: Sequential Session
In this session, we take a selection of moves and combine them into a routine which we repeat a number of times. It is a whole body session which requires both balance, flexibility and strength.
Express #49: Mind and body
Wake up beautifully with Stephanie! This short Pilates flow wakes up the body and mind. Gentle yet energising, options are provided for your level. Move, breathe and feel better for the rest of your day!
