Check out our new classes below which have been added to your member area.

18th June: Alignment and balance (available now)

In today’s Pilates daily fix with Lisa, you will sit to stand while staying neutral through the spine. You will finish with some single leg balance exercises.

19th June: Abdominals (available now)

In today’s Pilates daily fix you will go through some plank progressions as well as deep abdominal routine.

20th June: Hips (available from 5am 20/6/23)

Lisa’s Pilates daily fix class includes mobility, strength and stretch all for the hips.

21st June: Back & glutes (available from 5am 21/6/23)

Lisa will take you through a full back work and finish by firing up the glutes.

22nd June: Spinal & shoulders (available from 5am 22/6/23)

Lisa combines spine and shoulder mobility in todays class. It can be done at any time of day but especially nice after a day of work or travelling.

23rd June: Twists (available from 5am 23/6/23)

Today’s class includes gentle twisting of the spine into different positions but whilst still being aware of our abdominals and posture.

24th June: Flexibility (available from 5am 24/6/23)

Today’s class involves working through some hip stretches. These will help with hip mobility and ease any aches you may have.

Beginners #126: Mobility and flow (1/6) (available from 18/06/2023)

Join Andrew as he guides you through a full body flow – concentrating on mobility, breath work and engaging your core. Great for beginners, this class allows you to work through different planes of movement and is guaranteed to leaving you feeling refreshed and energised!
