Starting with good alignment, then keeping that focus while adding lateral moves and balances.

Building awareness of abdominals while moving through a few popular Pilates exercises and how they support each movement.
15th August: Hips (available from 5am 15/8/23)
Activating hips in different positions but also some nice stretches to release tension.
16th August: Back & glutes (available from 5am 16/8/23)
Today’s daily Pilates fix starts with glute bridges, upper back focus and finishing with an extra glute burn.
17th August: Spinal & shoulders (available from 5am 17/8/23)
Keeping our spine moving throughout the session but adding in shoulder mobility and strength work also.
18th August: Twists (available from 5am 18/8/23)
Spine twist progressions then moving into some twisty bridge positions.
19th August: Flexibility (available from 5am 19/8/23)
A gentle stretching session to ease tension throughout the body.
